Young Henry's

Grabbing a drink with the crew never looked so sustainable. Young Henry’s is “Saving the planet, one beer at a time.” Their beer and spirits are created using captured CO2 from the brewing process. They turn that into oxygen using algae. Reducing our methane gas production while grabbing a drink with friends sounds like a cocktail hour we’d love to join.

Young Henry’s uses their algae project to reduce methane gas produced by the brewing process and the livestock industry which accounts for one of the worlds biggest polluters. They work with scientists at UTS Climate Change Cluster and Meat Livestock Australia to create a more sustainable future for the industries. Their process is 100% solar powered. They work with re-usable growers to repurpose their spent grain donating 100% of it to local farms for cattle. The cows are happy and produce less methane gas. We’ll cheers to that!
