Hama Hama Oysters

Local Oyster Farm in Hood Canal, WA. As a fifth generation family-run shellfish farm on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, Hama Hama Oysters works with the tide to harvest as sustainably and sensibly as possible. The purity of their oysters reflects the clean, crisp flavor of oysters downstream with their beds being located at the mouth of one of the shortest, coldest and least developed rivers in Washington State

Hama Hama Oysters has a very direct line with how they distribute their sustainably caught products.  They do this through their oyster saloon, popups through the Puget Sound and Portland regions and direct to consumers and chefs across the nation. They are aware of the tide and do not invade the environment when nature isn’t welcoming them in turn delivering an extremely fresh product.
