This Brooklyn, NY based antique/vintage concept shop, in their own words, specializes in collectibles, cast-off’s and curiosities representing the richness of Black history and lived experiences. Blk Mkt Vintage offers unique items that celebrate the lived experiences and centers black cultural artifacts. As they say on their website, “they communicate to black folks through their thoughtful curation that ‘not only do we see you, but we love you as well. You’re worthy. What you’ve created is worthy. You are important here.’”

Not only do we care for our planet by caring for each other and our humanity, we also care for it by repurposing our items to eliminate the waste we produce. Blk Mkt Vintage combines both the need to edify our experiences and validate our humanity while also finding new homes for the items from the past.
